No. XVILAN is a software-first data router positioned above the payment networks. It does not hold deposits or transmit funds directly, so no MSB/MTL license is required to start scanning messages.

What changes at the CBPR+ November 14, 2026 cliff?

CBPR+ will begin network-level rejection of unstructured address lines (AdrLine) on cross-border MX messages. XVILAN CLEANSE remediates addresses and BICs before submission to keep messages STP-ready.

How is pricing structured?

Transparent per-message tolls: $50 per SHIELD scan, 1 basis point of gross USD for CLEANSE, $10 per TRANSLATE, and $25 per HARMONIZE between CBPR+ and HVPS+ dialects. Zero fixed minimums and no long sales cycles.

Which rails does XVILAN support?

Fedwire, FedNow, and RTP for domestic USD plus CBPR+ for cross-border. UETR is mandatory on every message per the ISO 20022 migration standard.

XVILAN Systemic Infrastructures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from technical downtime, data transmission delays, or network-level rejection of a message that failed validation.
